How to read this: Each row covers the evening before a Hijri month starts — when the crescent moon must be sighted. Saudi tends to follow naked-eye observability (Yallop A/B). When Mecca says "easily visible" but your location says "not visible," your country may declare the new Hijri month a day later than Saudi. This is normal and accepted across madhahib. The "Pinned" badge marks dates we have an official Saudi Supreme Court announcement for.
