Surah Ad-Dhuhaa — The Morning Hours

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

1. 93:1 ▶
   ﱹﱺ وَٱلضُّحَىٰ

   By the morning brightness

   Tafsir
2. 93:2 ▶
   ﱻﱼﱽﱾ وَٱلَّيْلِ إِذَا سَجَىٰ

   And [by] the night when it covers with darkness,

   Tafsir
3. 93:3 ▶
   ﱿﲀﲁﲂﲃﲄ مَا وَدَّعَكَ رَبُّكَ وَمَا قَلَىٰ

   Your Lord has not taken leave of you, [O Muhammad], nor has He detested [you].

4. 93:4 ▶
   ﲅﲆﲇﲈﲉﲊ وَلَلْـَٔاخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ لَّكَ مِنَ ٱلْأُولَىٰ

   And the Hereafter is better for you than the first [life].

5. 93:5 ▶
   ﲋﲌﲍﲎﲏ وَلَسَوْفَ يُعْطِيكَ رَبُّكَ فَتَرْضَىٰٓ

   And your Lord is going to give you, and you will be satisfied.

6. 93:6 ▶
   ﲐﲑﲒﲓﲔ أَلَمْ يَجِدْكَ يَتِيمًا فَـَٔاوَىٰ

   Did He not find you an orphan and give [you] refuge?

   Tafsir
7. 93:7 ▶
   ﲕﲖﲗﲘ وَوَجَدَكَ ضَآلًّا فَهَدَىٰ

   And He found you lost and guided [you],

   Tafsir
8. 93:8 ▶
   ﲙﲚﲛﲜ وَوَجَدَكَ عَآئِلًا فَأَغْنَىٰ

   And He found you poor and made [you] self-sufficient.

   Tafsir
9. 93:9 ▶
   ﲝﲞﲟﲠﲡ فَأَمَّا ٱلْيَتِيمَ فَلَا تَقْهَرْ

   So as for the orphan, do not oppress [him].

   Tafsir
10. 93:10 ▶
    ﲢﲣﲤﲥﲦ وَأَمَّا ٱلسَّآئِلَ فَلَا تَنْهَرْ

    And as for the petitioner, do not repel [him].

11. 93:11 ▶
    ﲧﲨﲩﲪﲫ وَأَمَّا بِنِعْمَةِ رَبِّكَ فَحَدِّثْ

    But as for the favor of your Lord, report [it].
